Craziness - sorta

Well, the cold weather came, went and is trying to make a chilly return. The 11 (or so) inches that fell at my little abode are mostly gone, but it's been snowing today. Lightly, mind you, so accumulation is minimal, but awfully pretty to look at.

I stayed busy when I was in the house in that cold snap, cleaned up my room and set up my art studio again. Since then, I've been spending as much time as I can in there. I can really make a mess of paint on me and my clothes, but it's been quite productive. I've made approximately 25-30 bookmarks, finished painting (and/or painted) 22 magnet plaques - including gluing said magnets on, started painting more bookmarks, etc.

I only worked 3 days, the week of the snowiness. But I'm going to make up for that this week. Praise Jesus, He's providing for me!

Sunday Worship

I decided to listen to some Jeremy Camp this evening & 'Overcome' was the first song I saw. Oh, how I needed to hear it too. My Saviour is worthy of ALL my praise.

Records

Wow, I'm beginning to think this might be the real thing... We had a snowstorm last weekend that left us with 2-3 extra inches of snow than originally forecasted (we were supposed to get 2-4, it was 3-6 inches).

Now, we are under a winter storm warning until Monday morning with 6-12 inches of snow forecasted and after that, cold. Bone chilling, very dangerous cold - we are forecasted with a low below zero low for Sunday night, and we're not supposed to get above zero until sometime Wednesday. I've heard everything from -12F to -22F. @_@
